Job Experience:Auckland Hotels

Can anyone risk not planning for their future? Do you think you have what it takes to get a job in Auckland hotels. It is getting more and more difficult to compete in the job world. It is not enough anymore to have dropped a ton of money at a four year college anymore. Now these companies want you to have experience as well. I pose the question, is that not why one goes to college in the first place? To prepare themselves for a specific job. The problem is that many of the youth today are to wishy-washy and have not a clue what they really want to do with their lives.
