Which company has been around the longest? Which one has the best track record for giving satisfying customer service? What is the employee turnover of the 2 most popular satellite TV companies when looking at Dish Network vs Direct TV? I would like to know what percentage of customers have to have service calls each year, how long it takes to resolve the problems, what the service charges average, and how satisfied the customers are with the resolution. Is there somewhere to find this information? We have become a throw away society for several reasons.
