Be careful when building muscle
Their is more to weight lifting than trying to build muscle. You have to take into consideration the safety precautions involved in warming up. If you go right into your routine without warming up or stretching you could end up pulling a muscle. One of the reasons we warm up is to get the muscles to expand and become more limber. This also helps blood to circulate through the body and helps you to get a more efficient workout. Warming up is crucial to the routine but many leave this part out. They end up hurting themselves and losing time while they have to heal.
