Looking For Picture ID Cards Supplier

My colleague is currently scouting for ID cards supplier. She is not satisfied with the current Picture Id Cards supplier that she is using now.  She says that the customer service sucked big time.   I sincerely hope that she will find one up to her taste since she needs to find one that can also jive with the ID system that we have.  We are using the proximity card.  And since I know the supplier is limited with regards to the software used unless, management is willing to pay a hefty amount again for a new ID system.
