What is a Personal Trainer?

A personal trainer is a fitness professional who implements and helps in developing an individual’s physical fitness. He works one-on-one in order to recommend the needed routine and work-out for the person, depending on what kind of body he has and what state of fitness he wants to achieve. A personal trainer also helps in the individual assessment of the physical fitness of their client. He guides him through an exercise instruction that is made particularly for the client and constantly motivates him as well. The personal trainer is responsible for the physical well-being of his client. Celebrities often have personal trainers.
