Special dog food diet considerations.

A lot of dog owners do not think twice about giving their dogs manufactured dog food, but there are times in which careful consideration should be given to the type of food you feed your dog.  In the case of an overweight dog, a weight control or weight loss dog food should be considered for the dog.  Most of the time the weight loss food for dogs includes a high content of protein.  On the other hand, dogs suffering from renal disease, should be feed a low protein diet.  So, when considering what kind of food to feed your dog, especial considerations like the ones above should be kept in mind.
