Finding People to Talk To
Yesterday I was in the mood to talk. Living alone can get, well, lonely! So I turned to the computer. When I’ve tried to chat online before, I often find people aren’t always nice or tolerant. After perusing choices on different sites, I found some listings for christian chat rooms. I decided to check them out. I was happy to find that people were actually chatting away about mundane topics like their jobs, their families and general dating issues. I joined the conversations and had a pleasant time. I didn’t meet anyone “special” but I will probably visit again just to keep the loneliness from setting in.
