Banner Employment

It is true, every business that I see these days are doing whatever they can to cut back a little and make ends meet. The economy is in terrible shape and our business is having to make a few cut backs. It is the craziest thing, but we even have an employee whose sole job is to change the display banners in our stores. If we can get banners that are easy to change we could have the current employees change them and then hopefully eliminate a position. I think that changing over the banners may be costly up front but in the end we will notice the savings.
