Baden Tourist Attractions

We are planning a trip to Switzerland, and we would like to make a stop in Baden. We would like to see the Brown Art Collection, as well as the Konigsfelden Convent and the Cistercian Monastery. Can anyone recommend a good hotel we could stay in nearby, or a good website for finding Switzerland hotels? We are still debating where else we plan to visit while we are in Switzerland, there are so many interesting sights we would love to see, and a lot of scenic drives my husband would love to take. We love to take pictures of beautiful scenery.
