Where can I get American Express gift cards

Last week my mother needed me to run a bunch of errands for her.  She gave me a long list of shopping that required stops at the supermarket, pharmacy, bank and mall.  I dropped everything off at her place, and then she asks me "where can I get American Express gift cards?"

I was about ready to strangle her!  (Figuratively, of course.)  I had seen AmEx gift cards at Walgreens when I was picking up her prescription, but didn’t know she wanted them.  Not wanting to go back out after having been running myself ragged for a couple of hours, I turned online and did a search on the internet, and was surprised to find cards readily available online.
