Their are a lot of great investments but one that’s stood the test of time is property investing. Their is alot to this business which means their are alot of opportunities. Whole companies have been built to facilitate this industry. Some companies purchase properties that are structurally sound yet have some need of fixing up otherwise. The grab these properties cheap and do what’s called “flipping” the house into an investment property to resell at a much higher price than they paid to buy it and convert it into a much better property. In alot of cases they can spend little money but with their experience they know what the previous owner didn’t about flipping it.
