Blocking or at least restricting progress

The technology of using water4gas is available today. So why don’t you see any water powered cars on new car lots? The major reason is that the oil industry has a huge influence on our government and lobby very hard to prevent this technology being made commercially available. The oil companies profit from the sale of gas and they don’t want to loose their profits. It doesn’t seem to matter to them much that using water4gas is less polluting that using gas. At least the oil companies can’t get laws passed the prevent individuals from installing converter kits to improve mileage and reduce pollution.
