Traditional Foods: A Long History of Better Health
Long before the medical community knew the benefits of eating certain traditional foods for a healthy immune system, many people had a general sense of what foods made them feel good as well as those that didn’t. Nowadays, the quick and easy meals prepared in many homes go against the primary design in which our bodies were made to work. The result is a large portion of the population in dire need of better nutrition and subsequent health.
