Living Sober

The key to living sober lies in a 2 step process.

The first step in the process is to successfully complete early recovery.  This requires overwhelming force and a lot of networking with your peers.  You can’t do it alone so ask for help and learn from others in this early time.

The second step is to transition into long term sobriety.  This is what living sober is really all about.  If you can get into the mode where you continuously push yourself to keep growing then you can overcome complacency and avoid relapse.  This is a proactive approach to living a successful life in recovery.
