Jogging, Working Out and Losing That Weight

Right now I am very dedicated to lose a couple of pounds. I gained a lot of weight a few months ago and I really want to get rid off it. I gained that weight because I was eating out a lot and I was basically consuming fatty foods. However, now I have realized how bad my habit was and I am very interested in working out and losing that weight. I do a lot fast fat loss workouts. Sometimes I exercise at my house, but other times I prefer to go to the park. There is a park near my house that I go to a lot to jog and workout.
