Is Anyone Else Going Through This?

My father has just been diagnosed with cancer and I still have not gotten over the shock of it. He has always been so healthy, he never even smoked that much. I mean a pipe here or there we never would of thought that could lead to lung cancer. I wish I had someone to talk to that has either gone through this themselves or knows someone who has. I think it would make me feel better to know first hand what he will be going through and also to know people have made it through this type of thing.
