Healthy Weight Loss

There are so many different diet claims out there it is difficult for people to know which products or diets actually work, and are healthy. A Fat Loss 4 Idiots type book would be helpful. From what I know, you basically need to eat less calories and exercise more if you want to lose weight. I have also found it easier myself if I keep a food journal so I can keep track of what I eat, and if I eat food that has less calories per gram so it takes up more room in my stomach (like vegetables, fruits, and whole grains).
