Controlling your Allergy Symptoms

Allergy symptoms can be controlled by making simple changes in your life.  To get rid of pollens you should shower before bed to wash off all the pollen and allergens that cause mild to moderate allergy symptoms.  You should avoid going outside on high pollen days and always use an air filtration system with a HEPA filter.  To reduce mold, a common cause of allergy symptoms you should frequently clean things like damp walls, areas with dry rot, shower curtains or anything that gets wet like bathroom or bedroom windows.  Also, you should never use carpet in damp rooms like bathrooms or sun porches.
