Obsessed With Fast Muscle Building

28 October 2009

People are obsessed with fast muscle building (German: Schneller Muskelaufbau). It seems everywhere you look now there are vitamins, drinks, and substitutes that promise fast muscle building. It seems like nobody wants to work out and do it the old fashion way anymore. Remember the days when you worked outside and built muscle by lifting hay or swinging a hammer, I miss those days. People now just want to take a drink or mix a shake to get more muscle. But I feel that when you work for it, it’s more than just muscle your building. Your building character, something that no drink can give you.

My step-dad and his flag football plays

17 October 2009

My step-dad has always been kind of an athletic  guy. When he was in the Navy he was a Navy seal and has always kept himself in pretty good shape. He is now 51 years old and looks about 40 years old. I guess this was why I wasn’t terribly surprised when he told me that he had joined a flag football league. He told me that while in the Navy he had played a lot of this type of football and had put together some pretty good flag football plays. I’m kind of embarrassed to admit that he is in better shape than myself and I am only 25 years old.

I have to get myself back as I have put some weight on What I think I need is a little help from an all in one style product such as the maximuscle cyclone I have seen advertised all over the tube and in the magazines that I read. heavy bats and even flat Demarini J2 bats

14 October 2009

Players made their own bats in the mid 1850s when baseball was just starting. They tried round bats, heavy bats and even flat Demarini J2 bats. Eventually they found the best option was a barrel shape. In the mid 1970s colleges began introducing the use of aluminum bats. Many college athletic departments were suffering a budget crisis from the number of wooden bats being broken and so the switch was made to aluminum. The switch from wood to aluminum still ignites a debate today. Many people want to return to the days where they assert a player had to be better in order to get a higher batting average. There are others that say using aluminum bats in college play raises the game to a thrilling level with an increased pace and more home runs. Cost effectiveness, manageable swinging power, and resilience of aluminum bats are reasons colleges still prefer to use them today.

Buying One Of Those Golf Homes For Sale

10 October 2009

Take a chance when the golf homes market is lower, and is a buyer’s market. Get your dream of living on a golf course to be reality. When you make an offer though don’t go too low, because it could be considered a bit rude to those people who are selling the home. However, you also want to appear like you’re not too overly enthused about the home. That could leave the people who are selling to think that you will pay their price. In being too happy about the home when you look around, they will read those signals, and refuse your offers, holding out for their price.

The Amazing Effects of Bodybuilding Supplements

09 October 2009

My husband has been a bodybuilder for over 5 years now. He has always been very physically fit, but was never quite satisfied with the size of his muscles achieved by weight lifting alone. Then a few months ago, he went online and started searching for ways to increase his muscle mass. He found a line of bodybuilding supplements that sounded very impressive and placed an order. He has been taking these supplements for about 6 weeks now and the improvement in the size and definition of his muscles is phenomenal! He has now reached his goals in achieving the muscle mass he has always wanted and plans on continuing to take the supplements so he can maintain his astounding physique!

The Yardage Pro Ranger is a Must Have for Golfers

30 September 2009

I have been playing golf at the country club I belong to for about ten years now.  I have played so much that I know every inch of the course and could probably play blindfolded.  That’s likely an exaggeration, but the course holds no surprise for me anymore.  I have found that I have a bit of trouble playing on other course.  I have consistently misjudged the distance from the ball to the pin a number of times.  I have found a way to resolve that problem though.  I have purchased a Yardage Pro rangefinder.  This tells me the precise distance and makes it easy to choose the right club.

Improving My Spike

20 September 2009

I play volleyball in a local women’s league. I’m just starting out though, and I’m not very good, so I’m looking to improve my game. I’d love to be able to spike the ball over that net, but I’m just not there yet. I’ve heard about this Jump Manual program and I wonder if it would help me? First I guess I should ask if it’s as effective for women as I’ve heard it’s been for men. I’ve really only heard about the successes that men have had. Can I improve my vertical reach with something like this or is it just geared towards men?

A way to show support

13 September 2009

I was recently at a high school wrestling match and the school had invested in some new padding and floor mats. The wall paddings had been made with the school logo and the design of the school mascot on them. The graphics were very good and very well done. It definitely made the whole gym look much nicer than it had in years past. Now I am not a big wrestling fan but the mats made it a little more fun. So I would like to suggest to all schools that they look into getting graphics on their walls and floor mats.

Exercise To Do Before You Go To Bed

26 August 2009

If you are really serious in your goal to increase vertical leap, then you should be willing to do exercises at any time. That includes before going to sleep. You do not have to do much, just add in a little exercise to strain your muscles before you sleep. It could be something as simple as calve raises in your pajamas. Every little bit counts, so you should find an exercise that you would be able to do in your pajamas next to your bed. Just make sure that what you are doing actually helps your jumping ability because there is no point in doing an exercise that does not improve your vertical.

Some Great Gloves

20 August 2009

When I was a young boy I used to daydream all the time. I had quite the imagination to say the least. We didn’t have much else to do, so daydreaming was a way to pass the time. I would dream about what I would like to do when I grew up. After watching the Rocky movies I decided that I wanted to become a professional boxer. I saved up my allowance money and bought a nice pair of boxing gloves. Each day I would spend hours with those gloves on, practicing my different punches, and getting ready for my big fight with the punching bag.
