Studying Was Stealing My Sleep

I had been working on my master’s degree thesis for about 6 months, and not getting very much sleep. I was staying up all hours of the night researching and on the nights that I actually chose to sleep I could not mentally “shut-down”. I tried tons of caffeine to keep me awake during the day, and natural sleep aids to try to help me sleep at night. None of those were helping. I just wanted to stop being tired. I finally found the solution online. A book on actually stopping tiredness. It totally worked for me. Now, when I go to bed I actually get a good night’s rest.
