To recruit or not to recruit

Recruiting professionals are always faced with the question of whether or not to recruit a potential candidate. They often have a choice of several people to consider. With each one that has the basic skills and history to fill a job the recruiter has to try to discover a deciding factor. It is very often more than just the experience on can bring with them to a job it is a question of will this person be a shining example of the company hiring them. The more of this kind of recruit the recruiter finds the more valuable the recruiting company becomes.
