Summer, Time and Attendance

Now that the weather is improving, it is going to be increasingly difficult to keep employees focused on work. Their eyes will keep drifting to the window that is filled with sunbathed green grassy fields. Time and attendance will be far from the forefront as they daydream about cook-outs, baseball games, and upcoming vacations. With so many things going on, if there are no adjustments made or efforts put forth, it is not unreasonable to expect a performance downturn as the weather becomes pleasurable. Just remember that innovative methods are necessary to keep time and attendance up when everyone has the beautiful summer just outside the confines of the office.
