When you are placing job ads on the internet, there are several recruiting solutions that will optimize your needs. A good idea is to weed out applicants as early as you can. This will narrow down the applicant pool to those that are better suited for the position.
A good way to do this is to provide specific instructions when giving information on how to apply for the job. Give a specific subject line to place in the email. Have the resumes and cover letters sent in a certain way. Once you notice that someone didn’t follow the directions, discard their application. You will be left with the people that have read and followed your directions as specified. They will have to do this when working for you, might as well start now.
