Protected Financing
When I first opened up my hotel I had a lot of unsecured debt because I had never ventured into this type of business before. Now that I have had it a few years and it is quite successful I would like to see if there is a way to get my hotel financing secured through another avenue. I would like to get the debt out from under my personal umbrella and make sure that it is all under a corporation. I think that I have adequate books and experience now to show that this is not a risky situation to a lender.
