Product Ratings Right on the Money

I love it when I utilize product ratings and reviews that turn out to be right on the mark. I feel so gratified when, after agonizing over which of a product to buy, I get the one with the best rating and it turns out to be an excellent item. I actually feel an attachment, a kinship of sorts with the reviewer. I think, yes you are so right, good for you, good for me, good for everyone. Conversely when the rating and review let me down I am very disappointed. I take it personally, as if the reviewer somehow intentionally mislead me. Oh the insult added to the injury of having purchased a bad product!
