I have been reading up on mortgage refinancing. Mortgage rates are at a record low. They are much lower now than they were when I purchased my home. I am trying to determine whether or not mortgage refinancing is right for me. I may be able to lower my monthly mortgage payment. I may also be able to save thousands of dollars in interest. I don’t want to rush into anything though. I want to do some research, and apply for a home refinance loan if and when I determine that it is the right option for me.
