Employees

I am quite interested what the employee market pool is like in Africa. I have really only heard of a the major pandemic outbreak of AIDS and of course, the superstars here in the states adopting children, but I really have not heard much in the way of their economics. How hard is it to find great employees there? Is there job market like ours? Do they have a need for home loans in South Africa that need to be serviced by professional people? Do they recruit from outside of their country for the best employees to fit their jobs?
