Don’t Be a Robot

When I finished school and joined the workforce, I was very, very good at doing what I was told, when I was told to do it, and how I was told to do it.  I guess that I learned how to follow directions very well.  When I started tinkering in my garage on the weekends and ended up having a eureka! moment that gave birth to to new commercially viable technological innovation, I never that that my being such a robot at work would hamper my ability to perform on my own as far as selling my gadget.  I am glad that I hired that marketing firm to help me out.
