Many men eschew cufflinks with colors that depart from the traditional wardrobe hues. Thus, green, red, orange, yellow and other bright colors are generally taboo, even if the occasion calls for a little festive attire. This is unfortunate, as men could really do more, and express their individuality by adopting new colors into their wardrobe.

Donning a red tie with matching unique designer cufflinks with a tinge of red surely would hurt. In fact, it could make a man more stylish, than say, donning the neutral brown accessories. Beside being staid, the latter makes the wearer look lifeless. Colleagues may see such staidness as sign that their colleague has a dry personality.
