If so, you may want to think about getting a California real estate license (that is, if you live in California, of course). This will really help you to not have to sit around waiting while an agent drums up a list of properties for you to investigate. It will probably cost you the best deals that come up, because they are usually the ones that go the fastest.
But if you had your own license, you would be able to move with lightning fast speed, and save money by taking the some of the agent fees for yourself. You would really be better off if you had your own real estate license.
